Tasting notes
Clear garnet red with violet reflections. Fruity aromas such as plum, floral aromas such as violet and a spicy touch of liquorice stand out on the nose. On the palate the typicality of the varietal is presented with black fruit flavours, juicy, fresh and with a balanced acidity. Ageing potential: 10 years.
Recommendation
Especially for grilled and baked red meats, lamb, regional empanadas. Mature cheeses.
